Help with removing the "Locked" message at login screen

@ MourningStar to do the editing I don't think so but I use my account and I am Admin.

To change the system file you need to take ownership give yourself permission and rename the old file and then copy in the new one.

I edit copies of all files on the Desktop(as a work space) not the original.

Oh well, like many other things, works for some, not for others - no big deal. Thank you all the same, it was a learning experience and I am grateful nonetheless.

(p.s. - btw/fwiw, I use one of Mark's custom glass themes and the way-cool Logon screen rotator)

You're welcome, I tried it in VmWare and it didn't work for me either but I've had that happen before sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't.
