    Welcome to the Seven Forums

For the on-screen keyboard text color try Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOWS: COLOR but that will change a lot of window colors.

For the gray area in the toolbar try Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menu > BarBackground

All the rest of that black text cannot be changed it is hardcoded and no one as of yet has found it.

Thank you Bongo. But, it doesn't work with the gray area in the toolbar. I think there's another way to do it. And, what should I do for the toolbar of Windows Live Messenger? Greetings from Turkey!

    Try:
Explorer & Shell > Explorer > Menu Bar > Background
    and
Toolbars, Headers and Rebar > Rebar > Rebar

You need to use the same image in both places.

Thank you Jerry. But, I just want to change that color of the text. As you see it looks so dark and I want to make it white etc.

That text cannot be changed, if you change the color at Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > WINDOWS: COLOR it looks like the test color changes depending on the background color.
