I found the image above for my desktop after finishing a free Jigsaw Puzzle of the same building below.

The New Town Hall (German: Neues Rathaus) or New City Hall in Hanover, Germany. (Can you guess which one was Photoshopped)

IOAMP. That is a striking building. I would guess the top one is Photoshopped, but what do I know.

The top one looks like the more realistic image as no mountains were visible when comparing similar photos using google, however they could be both Photoshopped as the top one was taken by a photographer.
