    With my ADHD, I need lots of reminders and if those reminders aren't IN MY FACE, I will forget about them or lose track of them.

    My memory is dreadful. Anything I need to do goes into my calendar and I am emailed the day before. I don't delete the email until I have done it.

    You saw my calendar. I get on screen alerts instead emails which I prefer because they are more in my face than an email.

    The sticky note program can make timed notes that stay hidden until a specific time and can also sound an alarm. I haven't fooled around with that feature much yet but probably should (too many other things on my feeble mind).

    Is that windows sticky note program, I also have ADHD and would love this method for some info?
