You saw my calendar. I get on screen alerts instead emails which I prefer because they are more in my face than an email.

No. I didn't care for Windows sticky note program; it was too cumbersome and inflexible. I'm using 7 Sticky Notes. It's much more flexible with more options. I only use a fraction of the options available.
