My memory is dreadful. Anything I need to do goes into my calendar and I am emailed the day before. I don't delete the email until I have done it.
You saw my calendar. I get on screen alerts instead emails which I prefer because they are more in my face than an email.

The sticky note program can make timed notes that stay hidden until a specific time and can also sound an alarm. I haven't fooled around with that feature much yet but probably should (too many other things on my feeble mind).
Is that windows sticky note program, I also have ADHD and would love this method for some info?
No. I didn't care for Windows sticky note program; it was too cumbersome and inflexible. I'm using 7 Sticky Notes. It's much more flexible with more options. I only use a fraction of the options available.

Yes, his work is fantastic and in this case, I think the perfect metaphor for a desktop.
