Check out these straight from JPL/NASA.
Space Images Wallpaper Search - NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory
Thanks for those there are some great ones in there and my only problem is my res on the laptop 1366x780 and the site I have been using is this - it contains so many different resolutions as well
WallpapersWide.com | Space HD Desktop Wallpapers for Widescreen, High Definition, Mobile | Page 1
That res is 16:9 so just grab the 1080p (1920x1080) ones and windows will downsize it without aspect ratio loss.
It makes a halfway decent job of keeping the quality too. All my walls are created at 1920x1080 and my lappy is 1366x768.

I find if you go higher then that at that res it will cause some funky pixels when it downsizes. Now if only it was ICC aware like say photoshop but that would be asking for to much lol.

You are all super clever with those graphic design efforts. and I admire them very much as a piece of art.

I love changing the screen with my private pictures each day because they are memories of moments in my life that will never come back the same way.
A photo is something incredible when you think about it. I don't have an expensive camera. I think it's not necessary.

Photography ( nature, animals ) is my biggers interest, which goes hand in hand with hiking and my dog.
Todays screensaver ( I show it without the ugly icons )

    Thanks Kado :),

when you look again at the picture, there is a piece of green in the middle height. I went up there the next day. This picture is the view from the hiking lodge I stayed. I made it just before dinner.
Next morning all was white. They have the logs burning stove on all year ! It's at about 1500 metres height. You can find fantastic stones there when you're lucky, they are round and have purple crystals insideShow us your Desktop 2-purple-stones.jpg

    Hi Lady Jane,

Being dyslectic I avoid difficult words as a second nature. Also I cannot remember them.
Bad thing is I call people Frederic when they are Ferdinand.

I think that I am into photography because of the visible experience that I can memorise really super clear.

Like when people are blind, there nose and ears get better than average.
I can ( not important at all) remember off most real good meals with friends, what I ate, what I was wearing and some times the tiles in the toilet. Wierd !!!!

On the other hand it's great. I will recognise a road driven before.
