Can I scroll pane hovering over in Windows Explorer without focus?

Yes, so navigating long lists of files and folders, we can scroll up and down which ever pane has focus. But it annoys the sh!t out of me when you need to scroll the navigation pane too. Surely it can be configured to scroll whatever the mouse is hovering over rather than having to be in focus as well. Any one got tips to alter this behaviour?

    You can try WizMouse

I haven't used it but it do says that it can scroll windows under
the mouse without having to click.

Thanks so much for that. It's got it to behave exactly as I was hoping for.
Given the huge number of tweaks within W7 itself, I'd have thought there might have been something there. Not to worry, good to see someone has made it happen.

    Thank you.
