Can Windows 7 shutdown button look like Vista one?

Is their any way to make the W7 shutdown button look like the vista one? I like the vista one(without text and all) ALOT better!

Reset button goes to windows did not shutdown properly screen
I have a gaming case and when i press the reset button on all goes ok ,but then the windows did not shutdown properly screen,it gives me options start in normal mod,,safe mode et.t.c ANy help why it dows this. The pc restarts fine and shutsdown ok too!!!
