I tried it but it won't let me add Foo or You - even shortening URLS and abbreviating tute names.

Did it say how much over the limit it was ?
Here's one that might help for Gav's,
Changed it to a .gif file type,
I'll do the same for mine too in a minute,

Don't know why but it won't even let me add a little credit line with the minimized image.
Earlier I stripped everything out of the code box and built it all again with the same exact google shortened links and it worked. Reminded me of how leftover code can bollix installs thought I couldn't see any but there's a lot of color, bold and URL coding that all counts toward characters I guess.
I'll try again tomorrow. I like it like it is, really. But I'd like to add a 2 pt credit line.
