    Sidebar gone...

Hi. Today I turn my PC on, and no gadgets start up.

I open my Start menu and type "sidebar". 6 selections come up; but neither of the selections have any effect when I press on it.

How do I get it back??? Thanx guys

    Hello Ilya,

It should be in the "C:\Program Files\Windows Sidebar" folder.

Double check your search settings to see if set like below may help have it find it afterwards.

Search - Have More Accurate Search Results

    Hope this helps. :)

Thank You for your quick response. Yes they are there.

Why can't I start them, and what made them go away? Why are you marking it as "solved"? The bar is not running still

The Windows Sidebar is no longer in Windows 7. See if this below may help.
