What happened? Now my Aero Icon's are blurry? How do I fix this?

Mine were doing that the other day , I don't know why they started but it just went away awhile later .

Removing "Mouse Throb" from Aero theme
In Win7 when using the Aero mouse theme (large) the "Working in Background" mouse cursor "throbs" e.g pulses up and down slightly when it is shown. Can you stop it doing this? For some reason it REALLY annoys me. I like the Aero theme apart from that one bit. thanks
