What do you mean by pink areas?
The areas that you have pointed to, with the blue arrows, are not pink.

I have to agree not pink
You might have either a monitor issue or video card driver issue,
Check with the computer manufactures website for driver updates,
Test with another monitor or if you have a hdmi cable connect it to a t.v. and test

Welcome to Seven Forums jack1929. Agreed, we need more info. If your screen shots were meant to show the problem, we don't see it in the pictures. Usually we want screenshots, but if you see the issue on these pictures, maybe explain what you see. Or take a picture with a digital camera, and attach that. A Guy

If you see pink in the middle of this picture your monitor or video drivers are showing too much red. There is only white, shades of grey, and black in that picture.

turned out to be a screen issue with vizio flat panel i use but thank you all for your help
