Group icons question

The other day at school I saw a guy that had 3 columns that had different names (like games, apps, and etc). He said he had a program that did it, but my problem is i forget the name of the app. Any one know what it was?

Never mind I found it. Its star dock fences. I just didnt google hard enough.... Thanks anyways guys :P
