    I am trying to put a picture in the white area of the startmenu, which equates to #806,#807,#817 in the aero.msstyle theme file. But the images are so small, how do I put a picture in there? John

    I think you can stretch the white area as much as you want (lets say from 1 pixel to 100 pixels) and put your image there. However the start menu is going to stretch/squish it to fit its needs. So unless you match the exact size of the start menu, your image will be stretched. What's worse, the stretching is independent in the horizontal and vertical axis, so your image will be distorted non-uniformly.

    Wow how did you get your Start menu so wide? I would like to make it a little bit wider so longer names aren't truncated.
