    Desktop background won't rotate, wallpaper freezes


    Hi,

    I have a 32-bit Windows 7.

    I've set my wallpapers on my desktop background so that it changes every 10 seconds. It works fine, until I restart my computer, or shut it down and turn it on again. Then the desktop background is stuck on one wallpaper, and I have to go and change the settings again.

    I hope someone can help with this problem. Thank you!
