    Problem with Taskbar Thumbnails


    Usually the taskbar thumbnails appear just a second after I hover the mouse on it. But now it stuck somehow. The thumbnails do not appear after I hover on it, nothing happens. To make it appears, I have to switch to one or two more windows and then hover back one the taskbar.
    I really don't think that it happen to just a specific program...

    The same thing happened to me after i installed Skype, do you have Skype installed?

    Yeah, I do...But I don't really think that's the cause

    OK, fair enough, just a suggestion!!!
    Have you tinkered with any taskbar registry settings (ie. mousehovertime, peek preview delay etc.)???

    Some of them which I don't remember exactly. But I mean, after switching to one or two programs, it works again....so weird

    Yeah, as i say, i had the same problem but Skype was causing it. Also maybe try and restore those registry settings. (if you can remember which ones you modified )

    I maybe have a good solution to your and everyone else's areo or things not working on the taskbar problems. My peek and thumbnails disappeared after I installed vlc player version 1.0.3 I hope this helps some of you (I might make a main thread too)
