    Aero thumbnails for firefox tabs

hey guys.. you know with internet explorer we get a different thumbnail on the takbar for each tab that is open within it... for firefox you only get one for each window.

has anyone worked on a mod to get firefox tabs to show up as individual thumbnails and not just seperate windows

    cheers!

Alot of users are waiting, but that is about as close as you will get ATM.

I doubt it will be very long though, it is a fairly sought after improvement.

    It actually work for me

    Firefox 3.6 Beta 4

1, Type about:config in the awesome bar (address bar). Ignore the caution message and proceed.
2, Type browser.taskbar.previews.enable in the filter bar.

3, Now, you will be displayed a single entry whose current value is False. Double click on the entry to
    change its value to True.

Thank you, that worked! Had to upgrade though. Oh, and if anyone else is trying this, be sure to restart firefox after changing about:config settings (struggled with that myself :P).

Thanks Cap'n Jack for the info and Crimson 1989 for the reassurance that it worked. The fix worked for me too (Firefox 3.6.3)
