How to make Window Color black?

Right click on desktop, personalize, then go to window color.

The closes option there is to black is "slate" which is a grayish color. I can make it darker by adjusting the brightness to darker but it is still a gray color.

How can I make it black?? I remember I was able to do so in Vista

I think (not on my 7 machine atm) the 3 bottom bars to the min, and the top bar to the max, will be the blackest you can get (with transparencey) but you can turn transparency off, and will be a bit darker, and thats the darkest you can get.

I already have transparency off and it is still gray. What a bummer.. I've always liked my taskbars, windows, desktop to be black.

Actually I just put transparency back on and it made my taskbar black

Yeah, the same with me, mines not black atm, but the only way to get it more black, is to install a custom theme with the taskbar set to a darker color.

The way I did in the regedit was navigate to ColorizationGlassReflectionIntensity and Change it 0, default is 32 and reboot. (This is for taskbar to black)
