How do I display the battery percentage of a wireless device?

I was wondering if there was a program of some sort that displayed the battery percentage of a wireless device. I'm currently using this mouse at the moment: Belkin F5L075-USB-BLK 2.4GHz Wireless Optical Mouse Black: Computers & Accessories

As far as I know, there isn't a way to find out what the battery percentage is at. I've looked through Google and the only results I got back were for Linux and OSX.

Is there a program out there that can do this? Thanks.

The only way to get the battery percentage from a wireless device is if it transmits the data back to the computer and the driver software that comes with the device interprets it. You cannot take any random device and get that information. Based on what I see, your wireless mouse is just a cheap low tech wireless mouse, it will not provide what you want.
