How to rename zipfldr.dll data

I want filetype to be a " Zip Arhive " not "compressed (zipped) folder "
so I've changed it here https://www.dropbox.com/s/pfi01kzbmi...04-41.png?dl=0
and after a few hours it's again "compressed (zipped) folder"
