Disabling of Windows 7 taskbar list mode.

    Hello everyone.
Please help me to totally disable the windows 7 hover list mode (menu that contains a list of open windows from the taskbar - screenshot in attach).

I do not use Aero theme, so the thumbnails do not bother me.
Also I do not use the grouping in the taskbar.
I already tried "ExtendedUIHoverTime" method, but it doesn't work - list still appears when I right-click on the window icon in taskbar. Also, the list still appears in some other cases.
In short - I just need a method to somehow turn it off completely. It is so annoying, please, help.

    P.S.
I know there is a program "7+ Taskbar Tweaker" that can turn off this list, but this third-party software, and I would like to use standard windows 7 tools, for example the registry... if it even possible.

Hello onedude, and welcome to Seven Forums. :)

If you like, you can use an option in the tutorial to set the list mode threshold value to always have thumbnails.

Sorry, I thought what I posted is for what you wanted. You can use it to set it to only should thumbnails instead of list mode.

If you don't want either thumbnails or list, then you can use OPTION FOUR in the tutorial below to completely disable them.

OPTION FOUR is a "ExtendedUIHoverTime method" which I wrote about in my first post.
Unfortunately, it does not suit me because OPTION FOUR does not actually disable "list mode"\thumbnails, but only increases the time before its appearance automatically on mouse hover.
