How to remove items from Start Up area in All Programs?
I see 3 programs that aren't useful but they are in the Start Up place in All Programs menu and they consume resources. how can i remove them?

It is probably best to uninstall the app(s) that put those shortcuts in the Startup folder. Or, you could delete each item (right click on the shortcut and select delete from the context menu).
click start, and in the search box type "msconfig" (without the quotes) then hit enter. when that opens, go to the startup tab and turn of the ones you dont want to start. just be careful and make sure that you dont turn of any that will affect your system in a negative manner
