Open File - Security Warning Icon Issue

Hi All, I installed an icon changer, can't remember which one, and then I uninstalled it. Ever since I uninstalled it, everytime an Open File - Security Warning prompt comes up when I open an .exe, the icon is a white page with a folded ear. I tried deleting my icons.db, and the issue is still here. Is there a fix for this? Thanks!

Sorry for my gross error. I totally misunderstood your first post.
