    Desktop icons not displaying properly

Hi! I am having problems with how my icons are displayed on the desktop. They show the normal icon but then there is another icon over each one. They all operate normal when running them and i have tried to delete and re-create the shortcuts with no change. I've tried running the Icon DB rebuild and its not affecting my issues. Attached is a screenshot of the problem. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks Bongo! I ran that first windows aero tool in the tutorial and selected no arrow and applied it and that fixed the problem. I didn't even think to search for anything related to the "Shortcut Arrow", sure wouldve saved me some time. Thanks again for the prompt response and resolution!!
