How to relocate Win 7 and few more system folder to root directory.
Hello, Thank you for reading my post to guide me.
My Win 7 became corrupted when I downgraded from Win 10. Hence I recovered Win 7 & and few more folders from Backup disk. Unfortunately, somehow, they are placed in wring folder. I need to move them under root directory, but Cut /Paste does not work. There is no option of "Location" in properties.
Location of these six folders and two files are: Drive (C) is name of folder under c:\
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ Program Files (86) New
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ Program Files New
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ ProgramDataNew
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ Windows
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ Users
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ WINSSLOG
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ bootmgr
Disk C:\ Folder Drive (C) \ desktop.ini
I need to move all above \ Folder Drive (C) \ to root directory Disk C:\
Reason to move- current location causing problems in functionality.
I thank you in advance for you kind effort to guide me. Please, if writ up not clear, then, ask me to explain again
Thank you. and with regards,
