    Dark/Depressed theme for Windows 7/8.1?


    Decided it's for the best I post this here. So in WindowBlinds There is this windows 7 theme that is very dark.
    Buuut WindowBlinds ****s with some of my apps. So is there an equivalent theme that does not require windowblinds? (Also most of my windows 7 themes work on 8.1 too and thats why I mentioned 8.1 too)

I've been looking far and wide for a cool dark theme, most specifically one that has a red-black look but failed to find any that fits. I did find a really cool one but it didn't apply well to my Windows 7. It was from 2010 so Microsoft must have changed something in how themes apply since then.
