Change default folder icon with FileTypesMan?

I'm using FileTypesMan x64 (by NirSoft) to change icons of file extensions, such as zip, crx, cmd, etc, and I reached the bottom where I could edit a "Folder" and "Directory" entry. When I went to change the icons on both, nothing changed. Is this something that can be done with FileTypesMan? I was hoping to change the default folder icon to the Windows 10 RTM icon.

What happened when you tried folder-name-changing in Safe Mode?
