Does desktop "come alive" in win7?

Hi, I'm new here and new to windows 7. About 3 years ago I saw a computer that had windows vista ultimate installed and it had a waterfall for a desktop that was a flowing picture. it looked like an animation or a video of this waterfall. i was wondering if this was a feature that only vista ultimate had or was it an application he installed? i don't know much about windows 7 yet (i'm still exploring) but i bought win 7 ultimate 64 bit and was wondering if this feature was included (if so i haven't found it). thanks for any help.
