Windows 7: List / Details folder view in these menus?

List / Details folder view in these menus?

After applying these 2 tweaks
- Is it possible to have icons of 32px and their name BELOW?
- Windows Explorer Auto Arrange - Disable
now I have a new problem:

Do you know how to configure a "List" / "Details" folder view in these menus for every folder?

Start Notepad >> File >> Open... to replicate this issue.
