    Hi peeps.

    right click on desktop > Personalize > windows color

    first PC display this >

    2nd PC seems to have a malfunction

    How do we get PC #2 back to the first pic?

    Double check to make sure that you have selected an Aero theme.

    Window Color and Appearance - Change

    Did that. that tired old win98 panel (pic #2) still pops up.

    Odd. In that case, double check the Aero requirements in the red warning box at the top of the tutorial below to see if anything in it may be the cause.

    Hi,
    You might post the system spec's,
    Click Start and type in the search box
    system information
    Click on the suggestion or hit the enter key

    You should land on the system summery page
    On the top left go to edit and Select all
    Then Edit again and Copy

    Open a reply here and right click and Paste.

    Download and run 'personalisation aero patch' from softpedia and restart machine after that.

    When I can get on her PC I'll report back. Regarding specs its only 1 yr old. 16 GB RAM 64 bit win7 prof. i7 processor. Plenty of grunt. i
