Windows 7: Permanently set Removable Drive(s) Folder Views

Permanently set Removable Drive(s) Folder Views

Excuse me Please:

I am looking for a simple customization that was easy to affect on winXP, yet, not so much on win7proSP164bit.
I have used the batch file to assure the rest of the operating system to use General Items Folder Template.
Yet removable drives somehow do not seem to remember any of these changes.

This was never a problem on winXPpro, the OS *ALWAYS* remembered to show removable drives with the SAME template as the other folders on the HDD.

How might I assure that *ANY* removable drive is shown in the same manner as the rest of the HDD?

Thank you kindly for the assistance.
