Move Explorer Preview Pane from Side to Bottom?

Hi Folks! So glad you are still here!

Anyone know if it is possible to switch the explorer preview pane from the right side to the bottom?

I prefer to preview content on the bottom rather than the side like I do with emails.

I have searched for how to do this but not found the right solution. It probably requires a tricky hack but hopefully not.
