How do I create a Dsktp shortcut to Scrnsvr s.t. it resumes to logon?

How do I create a desktop shortcut to "blank" screensaver such that on resume it displays the logon screen?

I have not had any success with checking "On resume, display logon screen" and trying the suggestions in:

Things did not turn out the way I expected.

1. I setup my screensaver exactly like the first image in the tutorial except for checking the box to the left of "On resume, display logon screen"
2. I attempted Options 1 and 2 both of which resulted in calling up the dialog window below.

Any other suggestions?

Hello again, On the drop down to the left where it says ribbons, did you try to select blank screen.
