How display last user logged on and remove the disclaimer at log in?

Hi Everyone,

I have an interesting question I was hoping to get some help with. I am looking to accomplish two things.

First, I would like to have my laptop show the last user logged on. I have a pretty long user name and I would like it to show at the log in prompt.

Second, I would like to remove the disclaimer that comes up just before the log in prompt. It is just another annoying step I would like to eliminate.

Thank you all for the time! Have a great weekend!
