How to save (for later use) Advanced appearance Settings (W7)?

I did some changes in fonts sizes and other settings to visually improve windows for my personal use and I would like to know if there is some method to save these, or where in the registry this info is saved, maybe i can back-up that section...
It's just this settings were more of trial and error, until I got them right and I may forget what I did...

    What I changed:
    -window border and padding
    -border color settings
-font sizes for most of the entries in "Window Color and Appearance"
-taskbar and start menu properties (customized start menu)

    Many thanks.
