Windows 7 Ultimate (64Bit)
No mouse, no keyboard, no safe mode..

I installed the Windows 7 Logon Background Changer on my Windows 7 (64Bit) hard drive. It was working fine for a few days. But Windows must have updated, since I'm no longer able to login. Not even in safe mode where it loads the same login configuration.

I also have a 32Bit Windows 7 installed where I can access the 64Bit Windows 7 folders. I have a lot installed on the 64Bit + the video driver is very difficult to install, so I would very much like to restore the logon screen. I have done it before, it's not the first time I've made this mistake. But I can't find any guide on how it should be done. Windows restore is not working either.

Does anyone know a guide? Or does anyone know how to manually make Windows use the default login screen? Or how to configure maybe in the Obee folder to load mouse and keyboard so it works idk?

I also tried to repair with a Windows7 64Bit USB, didn't work. Would it be possible to launch a .reg file in commando promt via the USB ..

I'm thinking about this .reg file from option 4:

Windows 7 Ultimate (64Bit)

Well, I couldn't remember how to login with the cmd. But suddenly it worked by pushing: "Start windows with last known good configuration" which it didn't the first 5 times I chose that option? Hmm, the only thing I did different was resetting CMOS and microcoded the BIOS for modified CPU, as it was before. (Intel Xeon LGA771 in a LGA775 socket)

To answer your question, I have more than one OS.
It's not that I don't own a working mouse and keyboard, it's a Windows security update that makes the hardware inactive for safety reasons.

I own a midi-keyboard that only works in 32 Bit OS.
So I got a 32 Bit Windows 7 installed configured to run all 8GB Ram.
Plus my Windows 7 (64 Bit) and my ArchLinux (64 Bit)
