Change Link Target Under Profile Picture in Start Menu?

I've relocated my libraries to another partition (docs, contacts, video, music etc.):
    D:\Users\profile name\

Is it possible to change the link under my profile picture in start menu to that area
    instead of the profile on System drive (C\Users\profile name . . . . ?

I've other ways to get to C\users, and would rather have that point to user folders on D.

    Possible?

    Mahalo er, Thank You!

P.S. searched all around without any luck. Probably not wording the search correctly.

    As You Were
    I may rethink this.
Setting it up for a beginner whom I had thought would be better served having that link direct him to the libraries instead of profile.

Aside from potentially not being possible, maybe it's better to leave more links to libraries in other places and leave it alone.

Still want to verify if possible and how to do it.
Thanks to this Amazing forum was able to change his other links (music, docs etc.) from libraries to actual folders.
I thought it interesting to know if this was possible for that link as well?
Scouring the Internet has been fruitless, which makes me think it's not possible.
