What INDIVIDUAL files I need to fix in case of a UxStyle error?

I know, when UxStyle no longer works I need to do a sfc /scannow in an elevated prompt in order to fix it but I want to know more precisely what are those theme subsystem files that need to be fixed?

So far I only know of uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll themesystem.dll. Are there any other files that are responsible for the theme subsystem? What are they?

It's an old Windows 7 Starter

    L. E. : But I guessed that it uses the same files on all Windows 7 versions
