Welcome to SevenForums.
Try:
- Right click on your Desktop.
- Click on Personalize in the pop-up window.
- Click on the Window Color button (default is Sky)
- >>> This will open the Change the color of your window borders, Start menu, and taskbar window.
- Select the new color and then click the Save changes button.
- That should do the trick!

No problem, glad to be able to assist you!
Do you do regular backups? If not, it's an excellent way to protect your data/computer. External hard drives (HDD) are real cheap, and a better choice than SSD, to save your backups on. Two excellent free backup programs are AOMEI backupper free (somewhat easier to navigate for less experienced users) and Macrium Reflect free. I use AOMEI.
It's not a matter of if you'll need a backup, it when!
