Is there a way to correct information in the Windows-7 Setup?

I am attaching a Snip of: Control Panel\System and Security\System

Please note the 6300 as the model when in fact it is an 8300.

Is there a way to correct this?

    Thank you in advance.

    Hi Mike Lynch,

Does this also show as 6300 as the model instead of an 8300 if you use something like Speccy [Piriform]?.

    Hi Mike Lynch,

I think [not a 100% sure though] it can be changed in the Metadata stored in the registry at: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\OEMInformation

    I hope this helps!

Paul, I do not have Speccy but I do have Belarc.
Here is what Belarc found, see attachment.

Paul, I do not know how to find:
    HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\OEMInformation
    Could you school me?

Type regedit in start search box.Open regedit and scroll down to find that key. On the right are the values.

There are no values in this pic because it is not an oem machine:
