Full Screen Crosshair (+) WITH x-hair Cursor

I am looking for a windows utility that will make the windows mouse pointer (cursor) a full screen crosshair (+) with 45 degree diagonals (X). I located 2 apps that produce the (+), but I require a cursor that includes the (X) ... (i.e. that appears as one would manually draw an asterisk).

-thx

(why has this not been done by now???!!! ... or have I been away from earth?)

Make Full screen actually look full screen
Hi guys, as most of you know, graphic cards are definitely my weakest point, so hopefully someone can help me. Since upgrading my graphic drivers from 257.21 to 266.58 when I play a game (or other full screen application) I get a "letterbox" effect with about 3 inches being missing from the top...
