    Hey RVSW - I am new here (literally just registered to reply to you) so I apologize if it's already been suggested, but I would check out CLEODESKTOP I CUSTOMIZED DESKTOP. The themes are not free, but they're very cheap like $2.50 or so. Windows 7 is probably cheaper. The person that makes those themes has the Office issue figured out and can help you with what you need. :)
