Need help for a dark theme. Please help me to locate 3 more colors.

Hello good people. Laurentiu is my name.
I've been working on a dark theme to protect my eyes. I did it with Vista Style Builder that works in Windows 7 well, simple, yet a bit more stylish them High Contrast integrated themes.
However there are 3 more colors that I can not find in my Dark.msstyles file.
Please help me to locate them as I worked for dozens of hour at this project and I want to move on.

Now here you can see the folders listed inside the Kits folder. Or can you?
Where inside the .msstyles file is located color for that black text and that dark gray background?

This one is sensational. I had to set a green background in order to see that text. Again that black text, I can't find it. Do you know where it is?

The last one is interesting. What you see is a table from a database. What you can't see are even lines because they have that bright background over white text. Can you help me with this too? Green text, dark background.

    Thank you very much.

Does Vista Style Builder have its own forum? You're more likely to get a reply there from someone who uses that program.

Eventually I shall post there too, but is not about the program one uses, it's about that windows 7 .msstyles file that power users from deviantart modify in order to get those amazing themes. Sure they tweak other files too not just .msstyles.
Yet issue nr. 2 from my post is seemingly a hard one to fix, I saw many posts there with dark text left hard to read on dark backgrounds.

    Welcome to the Seven Forums

#1 and #2 the black text cannot be changed it's hard coded.

#1 background is Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menus > PopUp Background > edit the image.

#3 what program are you using?

    Thank you sir.
I applied #1 background is Lists, Menus & Tabs > Menus > PopUp Background > edit the image.

As RoWin7 adviced, I searched for .msstyles tutorials and found a good one.
I am on my way to do more.

By chance, I also discovered that the background text from #3 is in Fonts, Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > BTNTEXT:COLOR . I am on my way to find its the backgrounds.
The program in #3 is MySQL Workbench 8.0 from Oracle, but that kind of list appears in other programs too.

I saw themes that successfully changed the hardcoded black text. I will find the way, post it here and mark the topic Solved.

This program has black and white lines type of list:
    waircut download | SourceForge.net

And this is an example theme:
UltimateClean BasicBlack by gsw953onDA on DeviantArt
Though looking at it carefully I reckon now that is a makeup solution, a white shadow, not a change of color.

1 of these should change it, but it will change other area.

    Fonts,Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Inactiveborder:Color > change the color

    Fonts,Colors & System Metrics > Fonts & System Metrics > Menu:Color > change the color

I will look at that theme and see where they added a text glow.
