I remmber Tweak UI, but didn't have a half hour to watch the video.
I use Classic Shell for a lot of customizations. It tweaks Windows Explorer, StartMenu and (if you use it) IE. It's free and not an M$ program. There's also a version for Win 10.
actually in the heading it says its for win7 or vista, although yes in the description win7 is not mentioned because that was written in 2008. But in the comments you see that it works on w7, and I have it running on w7. There are versions for 8 and 10 too.

Which is better then, Classic Shell or Ultimate Windows Tweaker?
They are different. Classic Shell recreates the classic interface and menus of winxp/win98 and offers some ability to recreate how windows acted back then. UWT is way deeper and comprehensive at changing how windows acts, but does not offer much ability to change how it looks. Just do a google images search on the two programs and you will see pictures of their main interfaces. UWT is meant to replace TweakUI. They are both free and come without crapware so it'll just cost you ten minutes to install each then uninstall each.
Take a look at Winaero Tweaker ... allows customization of many under the skin options for windows, including resurrecting old ways of working and the old applets too
