    windows display calibration registry key

Hi guys, could anyone tell me what is the registry key referring to the value of gamma when using the windows calibration tool? when I move the slider the gamma value changes. Where can I see this gamma value in the registry? Image: windows display calibration registry key-adjust-gamma-monitor.jpg

I don't think there is a gamma value stored in the registry. I could not find one. The gamma intensity setting is ultimately stored on your monitor.

Windows has APIs for changing the gamma level.

All of these APIs operate on the same hardware, and change the same values. The Direct3D 9 and DXGI APIs are “write only”. You can't read the value of the hardware, modify it, and then set it. You can only set the ramp.
