Desktop Slideshow Not Working
Hello all,
I have a photo album that has been my desktop slideshow for several years, but has recently stopped working. When I reselect the photo album in the Desktop Background section, it defaults to Solid Colour. I have checked that slideshow is enabled in the Control Panel Power Options (which it is), but am at a loss (and not knowledgeable enough!) to know how to fix this. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Ta muchly, folks! |

Hello SaraWitch,
You state that when you use a photo album as a Slideshow, the computer always selects a solid colour. It would be helpful to know more about this problem: 1) "Desktop Background slideshow" and "Screensaver slideshow" are two different things. Which ones are you having problems with? Also, 2) Had you tried using a different selection of photos for a slideshow? Or, what happens if you use one photo (is this represented as a solid colour also)? |
