Window Vista Sidebar on Windows 7

No; but that is making me think.......And it hurts!

So I can copy (using "copy to") the files in question to D: in Vista then copy them from D: to 7?

That's if your Vista drive is showing. Mine is on a separate HDD and originally it wasn't showing up. I had to assign a drive letter to my Vista HDD to gain access.


I must be the only one who isn't missing the sidebar itself...

Windows 7 has the Sidebar Gadgets only now.

Oh, I like and use the gadgets. I just never liked the sidebar itself. that's why I'm not missing it :)

I thought they had that covered. Hopefully it will appear in future builds.

With the Gadgets, you can drag them to display on separate monitors.
