Scrollbar makeover?

Hello!

I've been looking for a way to change/skin the the windows scrollbars. So tired of the ugly grey block look in Windows Explorer, IE and everything else. Is there a program that can skin them?

Couldn't find an easy answer to this until I looked in what I had already installed. Tune-up Utilities 2010. The latest update allows you to change visual styles in just a few clicks and I couldn't be happier. My scrollbars are now black with rounded corners, black and other colors and design elements all over the old Windows UI. Just what the doctor ordered!
