    InspironMini 10 desktob cosomization prob


    My labtop wont change its backgrounbd. it does not have the personalization tool to do so can anybody hel with changing my wallpaper?

    Hello Soulstis, welcome to the Seven Forums.

    I guess you have a Windows 7 Starter Edition. In Starter Edition you can not change the background or otherwise personalize it. However, from our superb Tutorials section you'll find Brink's workaround for that issue. Read it here.

I tried watching some DVD's on Windows 7 with Media Center and all the movies look like this (Pic Below) do I need to download something? They seam to play fine with VLC
