Just to clarify, he basically said, its 'possible' but it'd take a long time to figure out how, and actually make it. Then test it, fix bugs, etc. Also make it 32-bit/64-bit compat.

Why not make a Windows Blind theme then? Would that make it easier or would it just be as hard as you thought? I'm glad you have taken in what I have said :) lol
